LAFC and LA Galaxy draw 3-3 today in the Los Angeles Derby, with goals from D. Bouanga in the 26th and 67th, and Dilrosun in the 31st.
For the LA Galaxy, Gabriel Pec scored twice, first from a penalty in the 36th minute and again in the 79th minute following an assist from Marco Reus, and Yoshida in the 90+7.
The match ended with a fight involving several players from both teams, and the referee issued a red card to Edi Segura for a scuffle involving Fagúndez, Martínez, and Igor Jesus. Among those shown a yellow card were Galaxy head coach Greg Vanney and Gabriel Pec for protesting.
A match dominated in ball possession by LA Galaxy, but very balanced in offensive play from both teams.
However, the Galaxy managed to take advantage in the final minutes thanks to Segura’s red card and a moment of disarray from LAFC following several substitutions made by their coach, Steve Cherundolo, who seemingly failed to read the rhythm of the game tonight.
